Cinnamon Raisin Smoothie

2 ripe small/medium bananas, fresh or frozen

1/2 to 2/3 cup milk

2 to 3 tablespoons raisins

2 tablespoons maple syrup or light brown sugar, packed

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

*optional, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
