Dandelion Greens Salad with Heirloom Tomatoes and Goat Cheese

½  pound torn dandelion greens

½  red onion, chopped

2 heirloom tomatoes, chopped

½  teaspoon fresh basil

¼  cup goat cheese, crumbled

simple oil and vinegar dressing (2 parts oil, 1 part vinegar)

Toss together dandelion greens, red onion, basil, and tomatoes in a salad bowl. Add crumbled goat cheese on top. Enjoy!
