Off season maintenance diet, starting to add foods back in that were taken out during contest prep.  As you can see, I’m now having dairy again.

Meal 1 – pancakes with raspberries and coconut butter

Meal 6 – chipotle Basa cooked in coconut oil on rainbow salad with a lime juice and white wine vinegar dressing and avocado
