Meal 1 – apple pancakes with peanut butter
Meal 2 – post workout leftover beef roast and squash
Meal 3 – more leftover beef roast, mushrooms, squash and green beans
Meal 4 – ground turkey, squash, mushrooms and green beans
Meal 5 – egg whites, salsa and avocado
Meal 6 – ground turkey with sautéed onions in a homemade BBQ sauce on a roasted portobello cap with avocado
