    I agree that motivation comes and goes. It’s the discipline to keep going when the motivation dries up that will get you there. Great points to work with Dara. With your multifaceted approach, anyone can get motivated to get started and stick to it too.

    One of the things I like to remind people with motivation is it can be a dangerous trap. What I mean is motivation will come and go. Even the elite who are highly into fitness will have their motivation waver. I see a lot of people who will only do the right things when they are motivated and will stop when they aren’t. It’s dedication that will keep you going no matter what, even when motivation isn’t there. Motivation is awesome and you can do great things when you are motivated, but it’s dedication that gets you where you want to be. Good tips Dara!
