Omega 3 Hemp Seed and Banana Smoothie

1 cup milk of your choice

1 banana, fresh or frozen

2 tbsp hemp seeds

1 tbsp coconut oil

1/2 cup mixed berries

Place all of the ingredients into blender, and blend on high. Enjoy!
