1 bunch kale, rinsed and chopped
1 onion, chopped or sliced
A few garlic cloves
1 lemon squeezed
cooking oil, olive works well
Use a large sautee pan, cast iron is ideal. Set heat at medium. Cover bottom of pan with oil. Add the onion and the garlic. Sautee until the onion and garlic soften, 3-4 minutes, then add all of the kale. Cook until the kale is of a desired consistency. I like to cook it down until it gets crispy. Add black pepper and lemon. Enjoy!
